1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promoter is Suncorp Metway Ltd of Suncorp Centre, 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, QLD 4000. ABN 66 010 831 722.

3. The promotion is only open to residents of Queensland, who:

• complete an entry form and submit it at the Suncorp Trade Stand during the 2008 Brisbane Investment Expo (12/09/2008 til 14/09/2008); AND
• meet with a Suncorp Financial Planner in the period from 9am AEST on 12/09/2008 to 12.00am AEST pm 31/12/2008

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of: the Promoter, Suncorp Authorised Representatives and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. Entries for the promotion open at 9am AEST on 12/09/2008 and close at 5.00pm AEST on 14/09/2008. To be eligible to win the prize the entrant must have met with a Suncorp Financial Planner in the period from 9am AUST on 12/09/2008 to 12.00am (i.e. midnight) AEST on 31/12/2008 (“Promotional Period”).

6. There will be one Major Prize drawn to the value of approximately $6000.

7. The Major Prize is:

• a return flight for 2 people from Brisbane to Hamilton Island;
• a return luxury cruise for 2 people from Hamilton Island to Hayman Island;
• accommodation at Hayman Island in a Lagoon Room for 4 nights (package includes breakfast, dinner and activities). Activities include: paddle skiing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, squash, tennis, croquet, beachside golf putting, golf driving, billiards and island walks.

All other costs incurred in taking the prize are at the expense of the prize winner.

THE PRIZE IS VALID FOR TRAVEL UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2009 (TRAVEL FROM APRIL 2009 TO SEPTEMBER 2009 MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL COSTS PAYABLE BY THE PRIZE WINNER). Travel must be completed by 30 September 2009.

8. Conditions set by the supplier (Flight Centre A.C.N. 003 377 188 A.B.N. 25 003 377 188 Travel Lic No: 31089) of the Major Prize are:

• Travel dates are subject to availability of flights and accommodation.
• The prize can only be redeemed at Flight Centre Queensbridge.
• THE PRIZE IS VALID FOR THE FULL VALUE OF TRAVEL UNTIL 31 MARCH 2009. BOOKINGS FOR TRAVEL FROM APRIL 2009 TO SEPTEMBER 2009 MAY BE SUBJECT TO PRICE INCREASES SUCH INCREASES TO BE PAID BY THE PRIZE WINNER.
• Reservation request and ticketing must be made at least 30 days prior to preferred departure date.
• The prize is strictly NON TRANSFERABLE and may not be replaced or refunded or exchanged for cash.
• Once a booking is made and paid in full, any changes will incur change fees at the prize winner’s expense.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade - for all overseas travel. Travel insurance is not included in this prize.

9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

10. The draw will take place at Suncorp, Suncorp Centre, 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane, QLD 4000 on Thursday 8 January 2009 at 10.00am AEST. The first valid eligible entry drawn will win the Major Prize. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional entries and record those entries in the order in which they are drawn, in the event that the drawn entrant is declared ineligible to take the prize, so that the prize can be awarded to an entrant who is eligible to take the prize. The winner will not need to be in attendance at the prize draw to win the prize.

11. The winner will be notified by mail and telephone. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

13. If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian when taking the prize. If a winner’s guest is under 18, the guest’s parent or legal guardian must give consent (in a form acceptable to the Promoter) to accompany the winner in taking the prize.

14. If the prize remains unclaimed as at 10.00am AEST on 15 January 2009 the Promoter will conduct an unclaimed prize draw at that time and date, at the same place as the original draw in order to award a prize, at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, but of equivalent value to the original prize, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The winner will be contacted by telephone and mail.

15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) the Prize.

17. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition and its winners. The Promoter may also use and disclose personal information for the purpose of providing you with information concerning its range of financial products and services.
